A high-end selection of wines brought together in the LIVIUS collection recalls the figure of Titus Livius, writer and philosopher of the History of Rome and head of the education of the future emperor Claudius. Of the 142 books he wrote only 35 survive containing the history of the founding of Rome until the conquest of Gaul, Greece, Macedonia and Asia Minor through the Punic war.
The grapes come from old vines and are harvested manually in boxes of 15 Kgs. Performing fermentation processes such craft and then aged in new casks of French, Hungarian and American oak crafted by the most prestigious coopers.
The 3 bottle set includes one bottle each Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano.
A bottle of barrel fermented White (70% Viura 30% Malvasía) and Rosé (100% Garnacha)are added to make up the 5 pc. set.
