A complex Pinot Noir smooth and mineral, that comes from an old vine located on the granitic hills of Grand Cru Frankstein in Dambach-la-Ville. This cuvée is raised on fine lees for 12 months in demi-muids, which brings it a perfect balance between the fruity flavour, the structure and the roasting.
